Firelight is a distributed studio built around a constant senior core. That core holds the creative direction and the pipeline; from there, every production scales to the brief — drawing the right specialists from a worldwide network of 120+ artists onto one shared way of working. Stable where it matters, adaptive everywhere else.
Five senior leads stay on every project. They protect the creative direction, hold the production structure together and own final quality control — the part of Firelight that never changes, brief to brief.
Around that core, the team expands to fit the work. We size each production to its brief and select the exact specialists it needs — drawn on demand from a worldwide network of 120+ artists.
Holding it together is Atria, our production pipeline. It lets a distributed team work as one — with full project control, continuity across every hand-off and the headroom to scale up without losing quality.
